I worked with various on premise accounts to maintain the majority of their menu share, supply point of sale, provid vivid social media content for the account, develop happy hour programing and secured drink features to best represent the Diageo brands in market. I take pride in maintaining a friendly but professional relationship with each account and focus on fulfilling the needs of the account first and keeping open discussions with consumers in an organic fashion.

Hired by a great friend and owner Koson. I started out bartending when figuring out my next move. Learning about the industry from a business level and creating relationships with customers through service and great cocktails. Eventually moving up the ranks to take a leadership position and help with schedules, ordering spirits for the bar, and developing a new employee guide.

Preparing the office for the staff by making sure the coffee is hot and the doughnuts are soft. Organizing the stock room and taking inventory of supplies. Contacting clients and Franchisees about appointments. Directing calls to the correct department. Lead on the Kindercare account: developing schedules for each location, buying and renting out floor machines for each location and communicating both Franchise and Client needs in a timely manner. First one in the office in the morning, last one turning off the coffee pot in the evening.
