Directed and managed a Food and Nutrition Program with responsibilities including the implementation and coordination of all program services benefiting at risk individuals for chronic diseases.Promoted and marketed community program outreach by building partnerships with 40 community agencies to accomplish program objectives; delivery of class series, train-the-trainer training targeted toward low income individuals, promotion of program services with direct marketing by fielding community facilitators in community agency health fairs and general community events.
