My business is called Moonlight CTS due to my inability to choose between my two passions, design and instruction. Sometimes I think of myself as a teacher that "moonlights" as a designer. Other times I feel like a designer that "moonlights" as an instructor.Through Moonlight CTS I offer extensive creative services as well as training services in Adobe related software. If you need to catch up on the latest version of InDesign CC, or you have a trade show booth that needs some content, Moonlight CTS is the one to call! We actually do it all.

I assist the managing director of Reach Out Lodi with daily duties in both the Community Center and the Community store. ROL is a non-profit, outreach center that serves the school district of Lodi community with humanitarian and essential needs. I am also the managing editor of the ROL newsletter, Community Circle, and handle any graphic design or marketing needs that come up.

Took apart and completely reworked existing courses to reflect changes in technology and the needs of modern designers. Developed new curriculum and taught print production classes focused on creative thinking, technical knowledge, and hand skills. Introduced students to the processes and procedures of desktop publishing and illustration through lectures and demonstrations in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop and Flash.Created content where needed and developed a series of assignments meant to bring an individual's ability to think creatively to the surface all while polishing their technical skills. Designed and launched a state centered publication, Our Iowa, which earned 40,000 subscribers after only 1 year's time. Continued responsibility for design and production of this unique publication until December/January issue 2009.

Designed, produced and oversaw the production of numerous full-color cookbooks, magazines and calendars. Directed photo shoots, developed logos and designed layouts of multi-page materials.
