After many years at Maricopa Community Colleges Maribeth, All decided to leap of faith and start her business as a marketing consultant. Formerly she was the Strategic Marketing and Operations Director for the Maricopa Community Colleges, which serves over 200,000 students. Responsible for marketing operations and project management for 10 colleges and the District Office. She's a professional marketer who loves marketing, campaign development, digital marketing, and analytics. Previously she was the Outreach Marketing Manager at Rio Salado College which serves over 60,000+ students majority of students are online learners. She developed the call center and integrated the Customer Service Management System (CRM) to promote campaigns designed to recruit and retain students for Rio Salado College. She has led and been involved with process improvement strategies for the college that made significant cost savings and revenue-generating impact. She has a marketing, project management, student affairs, HR, and public speaking background and has been employed at companies such as Microsoft. Maribeth holds a Master’s in Education from NAU and has taught Communications at a college level.
