I have six + years experience of comprehensive H.R. duties including onboarding, workers' comp claims, I-9 compliance, FMLA administration and payroll with a company of 150 employees. I have administered payroll using a variety of payroll systems. I am detail oriented with effective organizational skills. I organized and set up the H.R. office with all new employee files when the company I worked for was sold. I successfully transitioned to a paper tracking system for employee hours when the new management changed payroll companies. I was instrumental in creating a new PTO policy under the new ownership.I am enrolled in Pryor Plus Online learning and have attended several seminars in an effort to increase my knowledge and training in my H.R. career. I am working toward SHRM certificationI work effectively independently and with others.
