Leads a team of 5 event planners to maximize efficiency and provide a consistent consumer experience at events nationwide. Designs and coordinates all the firm’s client, employee and leadership events.

Performed site selection for conferences ranging in size from 25-500 people. Planned all aspects of on site and off-site meetings including catering, audio-visual, security, transportation, and on-site registration/support. Coordinated with graphics department and print shop for collateral materials. Notable Achievements:• Coordinated installation of Delphi sales and marketing software.• Wrote and updated marketing plan to externally market the training center.• Coordinated logistics for meetings involving senior officials, including Federal Reserve Governors and the Chairman of the FDIC.

Planned meetings ranging in size from 3-300 attendees. Managed all aspects of meetings, including food and beverage, room reservations, conference room set-ups, golf, and billing. Acted as primary liaison between client and hotel staff.

Controlled 920 guest rooms with shared bathrooms and managed staff of thirty, including PBX operators, front desk clerks, and bellmen. Served as night manager for conference center. Performed all processes related to planning a conference for a client from start to finish.
