A Credit and Collection Specialist is part of the Branch Operations Team who handles collection of receivables from dealers' accounts and ensures that payments from delinquent accounts are collected through successful negotiation with dealers. Main roles are as follows:- Daily monitoring of dealers' accounts.- Identifying outstanding accounts receivable.- Investigate historical data for credit and collections, identifying accounts with history of overdue payments and/or advanced and on-time payments.- Mathematically analysis of collection efficiency rating (CER) and identifying the factors that affect its up and down movement.- Take actions in order to encourage timely payments (eg. phone calls and sending text messages to remind dealers on their maturing accounts).- Process and verifies applications of newly recruited dealers and orient them on credit management of their accounts.- Inform manager level dealers on their group's CER standing and explain to them the benefits of having high CER.Other roles:- Help the Business Development Team to increase the branch booked sales by implementing repeat purchase scheme to dealers who already paid their accounts who haven't made purchases for the month and by doing phone-in order calls to credit rating A dealers(those with no history of overdue accounts).- Doing Cashier, Invoicing Clerk and Branch Operations Supervisor jobs in times that one of them is off-duty.

Provides great customer service experiences to guests by doing different roles such as Lobby (dining area) Person, Cashiering, Drive-thru order taker and presenter, as well as McDonald's Delivery System (MDS) crew in charge.
