1. Provides comprehensive training about the products to the PSEs (Pharma- Sales Executive). 2. Assists in the Sales concerns of the products of the company.3. Coordinates with FDA (Philippine Food and Drug Administration). concerning scheduled seminars to be attended for the establishment.4. Responsible for the amendment, compliance of documents as per FDA requires.5. Renews the LTO ( License to Operate) of the company and CPR (certificate of product registration) of the products imported and distributed.6. Keeps the confidential documents of the establishment and its products imported and distributed.7. Re-orders stocks to the supplier.8. In-charge of inventory of products in the respective ware house of the company.9. Handles product complaints, disposal of expired medicines and damage stocks.10. Prepares the documents being asked by the PSE (Pharma-Sales Executive) for hospital inclusion.11. Upgrades competency through Seminars and other Professional Programs.

1. Responsible for coordinating the effective delivery of pharmacy care in nursing units, promoting rational drug use, transcribing doctor’s orders, assisting in giving emergency care, providing drug information and functioning periodically in other units.2. Monitors patients’ drug therapy daily by studying drug interactions, conducting drug use review, and auditing patients’ medication.3. Prepares unit dose medications of patients.4. Investigates and solves simple medication related problems- missing request forms, delays etc.5. Ensures that all medicines especially narcotics are delivered to respective nursing units.6. Coordinates with the health care team (doctors, nurses etc.) regarding suggestions, requests, and feedbacks and makes personal recommendations for the improvement of patients’ health.7. Provides medication counselling and answers drug-related inquiries to patient and/or customers.8. Assists in giving emergency care as core member of the Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) team.A) Takes note of the time the CPR started and ended.B) Prepares the right dose of the medications as ordered by the doctor-in-charge.C) Makes a list of medicines used and note the time they were given and give list to the doctor-in-charge to list down in the patient’s chart.9. Participates in staff development programs and research studies.10. Orients and trains new pharmacists, trainees, interns, and post graduates11. May be assigned on other tasks from time to time as determined by his/her immediate superior.

1. Controls the quality of drug products during production to ensure that they meet standards of potency, purity, uniformity, stability and safety2. Develops information materials concerning the uses, properties and risks of particular drugs3. Evaluates labelling, packaging and advertising of drug products4. Promotes pharmaceutical products to health professionals5. Checks prescriptions for proper dosage6. Compounds prescribed pharmaceutical products by calculating, measuring and mixing the quantities of drugs and other ingredients required and filling appropriate containers with correct quantity7. Dispenses prescribed pharmaceuticals to customers or to other health care professionals and advise them on indications, contra-indications, adverse effects, drug interactions and dosage8. Maintains medication profiles of customers including registry of poisons and narcotic and controlled drugs9. Ensures proper preparation, packaging, distribution and storage of vaccines, serums, biologicals and other drugs and pharmaceuticals10. Orders and maintain stock of pharmaceutical supplies11. Advises customers on selection and use of non-prescription medication12. May supervise and co-ordinate with the activities of other pharmacists, pharmacy assistants, pharmacy technicians and other staff.
