Works with a client load of 10 youth with an ACE’s score of 8+: Holds weekly individual, group, and family sessions. Creates and implements created behavior plans and social stories in therapy, classroom, and unit settings. Leads psychoeducation meetings with staff to discuss treatment approaches. Coordinates with case managers, and families for monthly goals, intakes, and discharges. Workers in tandem with staff including teachers, occupational and speech therapist, as well as other psychotherapist.Assigned case load includes individuals with Neurodevelopmental, Personality, Learning, and Trauma-based disorders Participates in weekly on call crisis rotations, as well as conducts regular safety check ins Works with FSP, DCFS, and section 132 guidelines for filling out monthly Treatment Reports, IEP’s and other documentation.
