My professional career began in R&D in a multinational pharmaceutical company. Mainly, I was working in preclinical studies for developing new molecular entities. For over 13 years I achieve a large expertise in the area, beginning as a junior technician and finishing as a study director.Later, I started working in regulatory affairs. In this area, I was in a pharmaceutical company and also in two consultancies. All these years provided me many skills related to regulatory items in: medicines for human use, for veterinary use and also in medical devices. Moreover, in this period of time I worked as a Technical Director.At the moment I am working for the pharmaceutical company BRILL PHARMA, S.L., and the most important success recently I have achieved here, is the Pricing Dossier perfomed for a innovative ocular implant that allowed the company to introduce this human medicine in the Spanish National Health System. This implant has a “substantial” price.Now, I am in charge of the R&D department of BRILL PHARMA, S.L. where we perform clinical and nonclinical studies. Personally I am involved in the design, coordination, monitoring, data treatment and performing final reports. In this department, the last success obtained has been the largest grant offered by the Spanish Ministry for R&D projects, CDTI.
