• Leading a team of Administrative staff providing full support to 20 Senior Mortgage Brokers, along with assistance to more than 280 Loan Consultants and 60 Franchise Principals.
• Overseeing progress of home loan applications, issuing Deposit Bonds, managing client application data through CRM system, and tracking approvals through to settlement.
• Full responsibility for inducting and accrediting all new staff throughout NSW, including completion of on-line competency testing, following up police criminal and credit checks, and securing lending accreditation.
