Develop recruitment Plan and materials - Develop testing tools and materials for recruitment campaign- Control, maintains and updates manpower plan and prepares related monthly and weekly reports.- Coordinate recruitment plan with technical team for the upcoming recruitment campaigns under the supervision of the HR Manager.Recruitment Selection process - Screens applicants for basic compliance with position qualifications- Obtains and assess all certificates and testimonials of the candidates.- presenting suitable qualified candidates to client for possible employment.- Close interaction with hiring managers to gain clear understanding of their recruitment needs and requirements aligned to their expectations- Ensure all vacancies are filled with the suitable candidates within the targeted time.- Able to develop business-related relationships with candidate and educate candidates on current career opportunities- Responsible in assisting clients while having an on-going clients interviews and ensures that clients salary offer were accepted by the candidates Recruitment Process/Documentation/Reports- Maintains an active and organized data bank of applicants for various positions.- Ensure medical fitness of workers- Ensure all required documents for stamping visa are complete and well screened before handing it over to the Liaison- Responsible in updating and balancing the visa utilization reports- Perform administrative support work such as scanning, mass copying and answering emailsTicket/Booking Reservation/Manpower Deployment Advice - Request booking reservation for all workers ready for deployment to a travel agent- Reads coded data on tickets to ascertain destination and marks tickets- Assembles tickets for transmittal or mailing it to the Accounting department- Preparing and sending arrival notifications of all workers ready for deployment to client

Duties and Responsibilities: ➢ Responsible in analyzing different US Documents such as Deed of Trust, Warranty Deed, Trustees Deeds and etc.➢ Ensure that the required quantity of documents can be transmitted on the exact period of time as per clients request➢ Ensure that all encoded information’s from the documents are complete and cleared before handing it over to the client.
