I am a compassionate, hard working and motivated Registered Nurse. Attaining my MSN and RN have been my primary goal for the past couple years. While studying for my BSN and license I was fortunate enough to participate in the California Nurses Student Association as Treasurer then as President in my school chapter. I was also an active member of my school's Peer Assisted Learning Program from the beginning of its development up until my graduation. This experience prepared me to take on a leadership role and to work with diverse groups in attaining a common goal. Through out my experience on the Med Surg/Telemetry floor I constantly found pride in my nurse- patient interactions and patient care. I enjoyed caring for all of my patients and doing my best to ensure that they had a positive experience while under my charge. I am extremely motivated and willing to learn new skills in order to become a better nurse and give my patients the best care possible. I hope to work with a group that is committed to helping everyone in the community and seeking to provide quality health care.
