Arc initiative partnered with Fish on Farms, a research study that assesses the impact of Homestead Food production at improving food security and empowering rural Cambodian women.During the second phase of the study Arc Initiative was tasked with developing business and entrepreneurship tools to ensure the project was scalable and sustainable.My role was to ensure quality and completeness in the tools used to survey the families from Phase 1, train the enumerators in the materials, specifically the business component to ensure we would capture accurate data and support the overall data collection.
