Producer of the WOW (Women of the World) Festival for 2025.

• Support the CEO through project management, research, writing, and administrative functions.• Manage CEO's calendar, communications, meetings, and events, ensuring efficient scheduling and coordination.• Coordinate special projects, compiling in-depth reports and analyses to drive informed decision-making.• Attend and oversee Executive Team and Board meetings, ensuring alignment with Thread's strategic priorities.• Provide strategic support to CEO, drafting impactful communications, maintaining a strong internal and external presence, and contributing to planning processes.• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination.

The Women Leaders South West project is run by a group of eight arts organizations and Southampton Business School. The project also involves The WOW Foundation. An Arts Council England Transforming Leadership grant is funding the project.Duties:Support organization partners in the candidate screening, nomination, and interview process by providing diversity, inclusion, and leadership advising to the recruitment of the Women Leaders South West cohort; Provide a senior voice to offer support and challenge to partners to ensure a diverse and exciting cohort of Associates; Provide individual and group mentoring and advising to Associates within the scope of their projects and initiatives set forth by their respective arts organization

Provides leadership, strategic planning, and oversight of the Women’s Leadership Institute of Baltimore (WLIB). This includes creating, recruiting, and directing the activities of the WLIB Advisory Board. Presents ongoing activities such as the First Impressions career prep program, the Busta Business Forum, and the Women of the World Festival (WOW-Baltimore) conducted under the auspices of Notre Dame of Maryland University. Conducts research, assimilates data, and presents responsive programming and activities which align with the advancement of gender equity and women's leadership. Serve on various university committees and advisory groups.

Plan and build engaging, entertaining talks program, panels, WOW Bites, and entertainment for Baltimore's WOW Festival; work with program committee to refine ideas based on community input and festival goals; work with community partners to identify and engage compelling program content, coordinate with vendors (lighting, venue, food, beverage, etc.) to deliver a high-impact WOW Festival; vetting of other relevant events, talks, classes, etc. in the Baltimore area

• Provide project management, office management and high-level administrative support for the Vice President for Institutional Advancement• Plan and manage meetings and donor events• Monitor Institutional Advancement budget and expenditures• Support committees of the Board of Trustees• Serve as primary point of contact for workflow, communication and operational matters
