• Handles all incoming and outgoing calls, e-mails, faxes, and all other correspondence• Assist with establishing and maintaining a variety of personnel files applications, and other documents• Process and review employment applications in order to evaluate qualifications or eligibility of applicants• Submits employee data reports by assembling, preparing, and analyzing data• Provides secretarial support by entering, formatting, and printing information; organizing work; answering the telephone; relaying messages; maintaining equipment and supplies.• Maintaining an efficient, well organized filing system.• Compiling and update employee records (hard and soft copies)• Assist with updating of applicants record and data entry for new applicants
