I currently create and adapt curriculum for a fourth grade Language Arts and Math class for students with special needs. I instruct and assess through informal and formal methods that are submitted to administration. I work with the Child Study Team, including case workers, other teachers and parents to create the best learning experience for each child I work with

I served as the Volunteer Coordinator at Hunterdon Helpline, an amazing non-profit that serves many in my local community. In that role I used my leadership and training skills to grew volunteer capacity for our Literacy and Friendly Visirors Program . I grew and expanded our literacy program as well as trained and matched volunteers with clients. I coordinated our meetings, workshops, trainings, and matched and scheduled volunteers with their clients. I collected monthly data to write state reports that allowed us to continue receiving grant money. I was the editor of the non-profits newsletter and an outreach member team member who was part of community groups as well as presented at these meetings.- Literacy Coordinator for approximately 50 Volunteers who work with ESL and Basic Literacy Adult learners
