After several years as post-doctoral researcher in Molecular Biology within the Weatherall Institute of Molecular Medicine (Oxford, UK) and just over four years as program manager for Schistosomiasis Control Initiative (London, UK), I decided to return to my roots and start working with my parents in our family-run Champagne House, Champagne Deville (Verzy, France).My upbringing taught me values of tradition, hard-work, belonging, etc. My years abroad gave me many opportunities to widen my mindset and shaped me to think out of the box. Together, my previous experiences made me who I am and allow me today to embrace both working in our traditional family-run business and making it thrive through my atypical approach.
