Currently, I provide hands-on support to start-ups.大学卒業後、ベンチャーキャピタルに入社し、キャピタリストとして、3社への投資を担当し、ソーシングからバリューアップ、エグジットまで一貫して業務を担当しました。バリューアップでは、ハンズオンスタイルでM&A候補先紹介、顧客開拓サポート、IPO準備支援等を行い、３社中、2社がIPOを果たしました。転じた事業会社（サイバーエージェント）では、新規事業立ち上げを担当し、一人目の社員としてFinTech事業をゼロから立ち上げました。立ち上げたFinTech事業はその後数百億円でM&A。また、サイバーエージェントで投資業務も兼務し、ITベンチャーへの投資を担当。2社がIPOを果たし、多くのキャピタルゲインを実現し、2007年ベスト社員賞としてMVPを受賞しました。ITベンチャーで経営企画室として、経理・財務・法務・人事・M&A等の領域で全社改革等のプロジェクトを主導。2011年に現職の会社を設立。COO兼CFOに就任し、各種プロジェクトの企画・実行、食品EC事業の立ち上げを担当。現在はベトナム&マレーシアでWEB3ソルーション事業&オフショア開発及び東南アジアのスタートアップ企業のハンズオン支援を行っております。【表彰・受賞歴】サイバーエージェント 2007 年度 MVP受賞
