•Develop the anual e-retail strategy for Dior Parfum in Spain•Supervision of all day to day account management of eretail clients. +16•Implementation of eretail strategy: e-trade, social media content, sampling, GWP, activation, emailing campaigns, defining and sharing online product assortement.•Evaluation of new potentials websites and management of the agreement processes.•Support of the CRM team with different CRM campaigns (direct mailer, sms, etc)•Help with the implementation of e-commerce•Management of internal sales channel.•Monthly business scorecards for each e-retail account as with detailed MTD & YTD by category.•Weekly visibility reports•Support in adhoc projects and in the managment of campaigns in social media, affiliation, email, display and other channels.

Creative direction & Styling:Tipitent & Tipikids• Elaboration of moodboards.• Organization and coordination of shootings; Art direction & styling for both campaign shootings and e-commerce shootings.• Creation of contact sheets, negotiation of contracts and booking of models, photograph, makeup, studios/locations. • Selection and edition of photos ensuring the correct visualization of the products.E-commerce manager; • Editorials & homepage design.• Creation of product cards & categorization of products to ensure their online findability.• Copywrite of product descriptions.• E-commerce Merchandiser: ordering grids and taking care of the image of the site.• Analysis of main KPI's (stock, sales, margin, returns, etc.) in order to detect opportunities and define an action plan. • Management of the product in order to maximize the conversion rate of the models (prioritization, listing order, image selection, etc.).Marketing• Organization and execution of marketing campaigns attending to the marketing calendar. • LinkedIn & Pinterest network management. • Visual Merchandiser and window dressing.• Benchmarking of the sector and trends in order to propose improvements to be applied to communication materials and/or web content.
