Community Manager
- Community document enforcement, Board meeting preparation and facilitation. Maintain relationships with contractors for routine maintenance and capital improvement projects. Obtain and draft comparisons of proposals.
- Prepare annual community budgets for Board review and approval. Review and monitoring of monthly financial statements and budget tracking
- Maintain routine maintenance logs, management reports, meeting task completion, site inspections, homeowner and board correspondence. Process monthly invoices, monitor and follow-up on account delinquencies. Process.
- Delegate appropriate work flow to Community Administrators including homeowner correspondence, final processing of invoices, work orders and unit re-sale documents.
- On-call for community emergencies
