I have grown a team of motivated, driven professionals all over the country and coach them to reach personal and financial goals. Starting with Mary Kay part time in December 2008 as an independent beauty consultant. Attending all the meetings as well as their yearly seminars to better myself and build a strong business. After recruiting three team members early 2009, I became a star team builder, building a strong customer base by servicing a large number of customers while pursuing the position of independent sales Director. In June 2012 after satisfying the requirement of recruiting a minimum of 24 team members, quarterly sales of $18,000.00 and three months training as a Director in qualification (DIQ) I reached my goal of becoming a Mary Kay Independent Sales Director and earned the trophy on wheels (New 2012 White Chevy Malibu). I earned countless gifts including diamond rings, diamonds bumble bee for being the 4th of the best 10 nationwide Sales Directors in court of sales and court of sharing in 2015-2016. To enhance my knowledge on Make UP Application, I joined the Robert Jones Beauty Academy and earned two certificates qualifying me as a Make Up Artist thus capable of applying make up for brides and bridal parties, which I am still doing upon request.

- Managing various accounting professionals to help them with their daily tasks and set goals. -Organizing reports and Handling documents to make sure customers reports were up to date.-Book keeping, verifying, allocating and posting transactions balances subsidiary accounts by reconciling entries.-Working with my team to identify project goals and being able to collect data and offer commendations on evaluating projects. .- Building customer relationships by answering all telephone calls, emails, messages, fax inquiries sent by various banks and personal accounts. -Ensuring inquiries received from various commercial banks, national and international were answered on a timely manner
