• Ensure current resident files are properly maintained.
• Deal with resident concerns and requests on a timely basis to ensure resident satisfaction with management.
• Develop and implement resident retention programs by planning community events communicating through monthly newsletters and distribution of all company or community-issued notices.
• Monitor community appearance and ensure repairs are noted and completed on timely basis by performing daily Community Inspections
• Assure quality and quantity of market ready apartments/homes.
• Ensure that all service requests are documented and communicated appropriately for maintenance.
• Coordinate maintenance schedule and assignments with Maintenance Supervisor.
• Consistently use successful techniques and company directives to screen, hire, orient and train new personnel.
