CurrentProvide JTI employees with the necessary tools to stay informed and connected to the Company.Develop and execute effective communication strategies that support JTI's mission and business priorities.Manage editorial calendars and engage various communities through storytelling to foster a cohesive and engaged JTI community.Design and create high-quality content that strengthens JTI’s narrative and purpose, and foster a sense of community across our internal channels.Ensure brand consistency and promote the company's tone of voice across our internal and external channels.Monitor and evaluate engagement and activity on our channels to assess the effectiveness of communications strategies. Implement changes to increase engagement and user adoption, ensuring that our communication platforms remain engaging and informative for all employees.
