Responsible for monitoring and improving the Information Services compliance framework. Partner with key stakeholders across the Bank to monitor Information Technology (IT) systems, practices and operations for regulatory and Bank Policy compliance.• Owning and managing Compliance Risks • Implementing policies, processes, procedures, and controls to ensure compliance with Compliance Obligations issued by the FHFA• Implementing corrective actions to address process and control deficiencies associated with ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements• Records Coordinator (IT Risk and Compliance) and Business Unit Compliance Officer (BUCO) for Information Security ensuring all assigned training programs are completed for awareness. and Banks regulatory compliance responsibilities.• Acting SOX Liaison & Support between SOX Office/external audit teams, Technology and Information Security. Establish a working relationship with SOX Office & external audit teams, to coordinate and execute matters relating to SOX, e.g., active SOX controls, control language, request for/status of/delivery of requested control evidence. In this support role, In addition to coordinating the collection of attestations from SOX domain and control owners to (the) SOX Office following CAO sign-off of the Internal Control signoff letter.IT Risk and Compliance is a service organization, providing specific consultive assistance and tactical risk and compliance management to First Line of Defense (1LOD) teams under the Chief Information Security Officer in line with its policy and framework.
