At ANTS, I specialize in the management and maintenance of our Empowerment Marketplace LMS for our growing number of clients. I am also responsible for all custom training design, development, and implementation. ANTS allows me the opportunity to work as training manager, project manager, and instructional designer.

Design and develop maintenance training for airport and manufacturing technologies, manage Cornerstone Learning Management System, work closely with subject matter experts to ensure training content is accurate and engaging, develop HR and other onboarding materials, work on continuous improvements within the training department.

While working at Broadcom Limited (previously Avago Technologies), I transferred roles from an Eng Tech to the Equipment Maintenance Instructional Systems Designer. My main goal in this new position is to build and maintain the training program for the equipment maintenance group. This role has a variety of responsibilities including:-Build training customized to Broadcom's maintenance group-Evaluate vendor training opportunities-Plan, schedule, and manage ongoing training-Evaluate and revise maintenance documents to ensure they are accurate and executable-Manage training certifications-Develop best practices and policies around training and certifications-Design and develop classroom and web-based trainingWhile in this role, I have had the opportunity to manage a team of Training Advisors and begin working with a Web Architect to build a training website that tracks and maintains training courses and certifications. I work closely with the maintenance management team to set training priorities and ensure the maintenance "knowledge gaps" are being addressed with the appropriate training. In this role, I also work closely with our procurement team to purchase and manage training credits with vendors and I have worked as a team lead on other various training, documentation, and maintenance projects.

While working at Avago Technolgies my main responsibility has been to maintain an electroless plating line. This role has a variety of responsibilities including:-Updating operating documents to reflect proper procedures and tool qualifications-Solve problems when scrap events occur to continue creating a fool-proof process-Work within a team to create more efficient processes and procedures-Work with operators and technicians to ensure that the electroless process is running smoothly and the tool is maintainedWhile my main role is to maintain the electroless plating line I have had the opportunity to take smaller roles that have included certified training on the Raider plating platform. I have also worked on the development of training plans/programs and I have been working on maintaining and organizing a chemical analysis laboratory.

The focus of the research I am working on in this lab is microfluidic research and development. This research has allowed me to develop and analyze microfluidic devices using a variety of techniques and instruments. The purpose of the project I am working on is the development of affordable microfluidic chips that can be used in an infrared spectrometer. This project has allowed me to work within a team environment and develop responsibilities that include preparing weekly reports on my progress as well as keeping a good laboratory practice notebook.

As a research assistant in this lab I worked on my own as well as on a team. I was responsible for the analysis of various samples that relate to animal nutrition. During my time here I performed assays that included nitrogen analysis, fatty acid analysis and trace mineral analysis. I have experience with using an ash oven, a homogenizer and hands on experience in the field collecting samples from livestock. Other responsibilities in this lab included data entry and organization of results within a spreadsheet.
