Healthcare Optimization Effectiveness

Proud member of the interdisciplinary team of nursing unit C62, the Neuro Specialty floor of Medstar Georgetown University Hospital. Delivering patient-centered care that focuses on cura personalis, or care of the whole person. Completing the Nurse Residency program in July of 2019, I have now graduated to the responsibilities of being a preceptor as well as charge nurse. Our floor specializes in post-operative care of brain and spinal surgeries, neurodegenerative disorders, and comprehensive stroke management.

Worked with families seeking pediatric medical care for life-threatening illnesses from UCSF Benioff Children's Hospital to provide emotional support, physical comfort, and freedom from financial burden. Made dinner for all families in the House as well as organized activities for the children such as sports, cupcake decorating, and game nights.

Gained experience in corporate organization, excel, interpersonal skills, and other day-to-day tasks of a real estate agency servicing the San Mateo and San Francisco areas.

I previously interned in the Cloud Marketing department at SAP. I am working on raising awareness of SAP's recent cloud shift and the benefits of transforming the business of the future into that of the cloud. I am also producing a blog capturing my view of the Workforce 2020 campaign.
