As a fiduciary, I handle high net worth trust accounts under the terms of estate planning documents or trust instruments as well as First or Third Party Special Needs Trusts for individuals collecting SSI or SSDI. With a legal background in drafting Financial Powers of Attorney, Healthcare Powers of Attorney, Mental Health Powers of Attorney, Wills with trusts, Living Wills and HIPAA authorizations, I can assist families with their estate planning. I assist families with estate administration and payment of all taxes at the state and federal level for estates and trusts.For Medicaid planning, I am well versed in Medicaid LTC or Waiver statutes, rules and regulations. I built excellent relationships with DPW, COSA, and the Office of General Counsel. I have an excellent knowledge of Medicare Advantage plans, original Medicare benefits, Medigap Supplemental coverage, Part D prescription drug coverage, PACE, and PACENET. I am accredited by the Veterans' Administration to handle claims on behalf of veterans.I handle real estate transactions from drafting an agreement of sale, financing options, resolving title issues with underwriters and attending settlement.My collections experience includes sending demand letters and filing of lawsuits in small claims court or the Court of Common Pleas, mechanic's lien litigation, obtaining judgment, discovery in aid of execution and garnishment of personal or corporate bank accounts.I have experience in Higher Education Positions.
