I am a freelance consultant and senior producer working in the broadcast, arts and education sectors, with specialist experience in projects involving the arts and human rights.I started as a broadcast journalist and voiceover artist for Global and the BBC. Whilst completing a Masters in Radio Production at Bournemouth University, I went on to create an award winning audio documentary reporting on women and girls being trafficked for sexual exploitation from Moldova into London and Poole. I gained a distinction and my documentary went onto be broadcast on BBC Radio 4 and BBC World Service. I am proud to say, I have consistently been active in ending violence against women and girls, from creating film/podcasts championing unheard voices to co-designing, commissioning and managing innovative education programmes. Alongside working for national and international broadcasters and arts organisations, I have also been committed to supporting emerging talent to be part an often inaccessible broadcast industry. As the Head of Broadcast and Digital at London's iconic Roundhouse in Camden, I am extremely proud to have been part of a talented team of people committed to championing the voices of emerging talent and creating opportunities for them to carve out their own careers. My current freelance work as a consultant and audio producer sees me creating podcasts as well as advising individuals and organisations on creating audio-led content, growing audiences, training others and securing funding to strategically grow skills, knowledge and creativity.
