JAAM Project Services is a building and construction company that is on the 'grow'. I am in charge of HR and all Accounts Payable, I also do the compliance documentation and run our induction database. I enjoy my work and have a strong ability in accounts work and in assisting the Director in managing his business. Before JAAM Projects I worked for a few months at Walchime Joinery, and then I also had the privilege of working for a small Air-conditioning & Electrical company JC Tech where I was Office Manager and did everything from accounts, to Hr, Sales and Service works. In January 2016 I left a long term job I held with Genesis Christian College, where I had the privilege of being the Accounts Payable & Purchasing Coordinator, managing a small team of up to 5 people with the large volume of purchasing and accounts works. I loved this job and had been there for 9 years.I have also been a Personal Assistant to the Director of Austock Rural. Personal Assistant work is a job that I always excel in. And prior to 2004 I ran my own small business of Off Set Printing and On Line Bookshop, which I did for 15 years.I love working and especially enjoy learning new programs. I excel in Accounts work, Executive Assistant work, and general day to day running of business.
