I was required to have excellent interpersonal skills; Trained in different aspects of restaurant organization and guest satisfaction. On a daily basis I was required to focus my attention on all aspects of the restaurant, from the kitchen to the front entrance. I was responsible for making sure that all our guests were given the best service possible, as well as making sure all team members were in their designated areas.
