In my position as Associate Director, I support my internal team with project management and look at growth options with them. Furthermore, I support the management with technical input (linguistics & conversation design) in the acquisition of new client projects.

As a Voice User Interface Architect, I conceptualise, design and test voice bot solutions on different platforms. My main focus so far has been the (re)design of IVR hotlines. For a good UX, in addition to the technical flow design, I also pay a lot of attention to the bot persona and the voice output via TTS.

While working at Retresco, I supported my team in designing, programming and testing various chatbot solutions. Additionally, I helped out with projects that used automated text generation.
