I have ben involved with SPIN, Inc. since my younger days as camp counselor to part time office administration, full time in 1986 through 1996 working with all levels of management and various departments. Executive Vice Chair 2011 and reelected to serve as Chairperson 1/2014. It is great to be part of the SPIN family!

Recruitment Gifts, Talents and Skills: Using various presentation formats and all technologies hosting information sessions, analyzing and tracking recruitment data, building relationships with student ambassadors/organizations, networking and gathering resources, communication, website management, event planning, strategic recruitment development, program development, admissions committee member, excellent software application utilization and budget strategy. Served as Co-Lead Professional Development Committee and Community Engagement Committee within College with new initiative of Staff Development. Advance Workforce Development through Business and Education partnerships. Through recruiting and securing scholarships for the hundreds of area students who participate in Pennsylvania’s Free Enterprise Week, offering Update Programs for the community on issues shared by business and education, and developing partnership activities, the committee has worked to further their mission of bringing business and education together. Provide administration support Region Business Directors and sales representatives (Pain Management, Ortho Urology, and McNeil Institutional Sales) across three units. This included human resources new hires and follow up, confidentiality, expense review and reporting, budgeting, data analysis, power point presentation of sales data, reporting, off site meeting planning, multiple calendar management and national travel coordination.
