POSITION SUMMARY:The Inventory Consultant is responsible for listing, marketing and overseeing activities related to the selling of residential properties in a timely manner at the best possible price. POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:●Identify, select and contract with broker to list property●Create market strategy to leverage property attributes ●Manage brokers and ensure coordination of service partners retained to repair/maintain/improve property condition; i.e., utilities, inspections, pest, HVAC●Ensure the accuracy of invoices for services performed ●Manage costs and expenses related to each assigned property●Perform property visits as directed ●Represent each client’s and Altair’s interests during contract negotiations and in executing contract ●Document Altair systems as needed●Create monthly reports per client guidelines●Provide guidance to Inventory Specialist on any issues/repair itemsThe Inventory Consultant must have a comprehensive knowledge of real estate and relocation, well developed negotiation skills, the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and build trust through relationship management. They are expected to rely on factual information, logic and common sense to make effective business decisions and especially demonstrate effective negotiation skills. They must have knowledge of and support Company vision and value statements, policies and procedures, privacy, security and confidentiality standards and the code of ethical behavior.

POSITION SUMMARY:The Inventory Specialist is responsible for supporting the Inventory department in marketing, selling, and closing residential properties in a timely manner at the best possible price.POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:●Send out listing packages with all required documents●Order new/updated Broker Market Analyses●Assist Inventory Consultants in obtaining monthly marketing reports ●Input marketing data into the Property Marketing Page on the website, uploading any necessary documents ●Assist Inventory Consultants in obtaining repair estimates and with listing extensions and ordering updated Broker Market Analyses ●Send out contract package upon house going under contract●Monitor file through the closing, obtaining necessary bids and approvals once buyer has completed inspections, and communicate with Inventory Consultants throughout the process●Maintain the file on each property in good order●Complete Final Accounting Audit (FAA) of each file after closing ESSENTIAL INTELLECTUAL FUNCTIONS: The Inventory Specialist must have a good basic knowledge of real estate and relocation, demonstrate the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, demonstrate knowledge of and support Company vision and value statements, policies and procedures, privacy, security and confidentiality standards and code of ethical behavior.
