- Onboard ~1500 behavioral health providers of different license types – spanning psychotherapists, psychologists, psychiatric nurse practitioners, and psychiatrists – across all 50 states.- Consult strategically with ~8-9 new clinicians daily to learn about their practice goals, critical perspectives on their work and the industry at large, and unique business needs, while also providing administrative support to our existing member base daily.- Led and participated in the first ERG for AANHPI employees by writing the first ERG charter, and leading our monthly meet-up which ranged from discussions on Asian representation in the media, Asian allyship and intersectionality, and our identities at work- Served on the inaugural ERG Leadership Team, comprised of our DEI Director as well as the leaders of all other inaugural ERG’s to co-create the structure and programming of ERG’s and to identify our core values and community norms.- Collaborate daily and cross-functionally with Product Development, Member Experience, Marketing & Demand Generation, and Executive Leadership Teams to deliver critical feedback on providers’ evolving needs in practice & their perspectives on the field.- Communicate intentionally and listen actively with providers to truly reflect Alma’s desire to understand their pain points, to advocate for their needs, and to advance our mission of improving access to mental health care by supporting providers first.- Currently and consistently holding the highest conversion rate in 2024 of a team of 20, at 70%.
