Undergraduate teaching assistant for MicroBio140P: Plagues, Poxes, and Pandemics, OIM310: Manufacturing and Service Operations Methods, and OIM320: Quality Management

- Deliver campus tours to groups of prospective students and families, while answering spontaneous questions and maintaining control of the group- Host virtual information sessions and student panels for prospective students- Communicate with people from different states and countries of different age groups and languages- Provide detailed information to guests at the Visitors’ Center and via phone to various callers

In my role at Worthy, I have been responsible for marketing and day-to-day operations for the course. I have created social media pages across several platforms, written press releases and outreach messages, created and implemented marketing campaigns, moderated live events, and completed a variety of other necessary tasks.
