Operational and clinical responsibilities of all nursing practice standards in Springfield communities. Scope includes all inpatient, HOD areas, level one trauma Emergency room, stroke-STEMI- burn center, logistics-access center, and career advancement center- academic relationships. Also serving as central regional CNO with collaboration spanning Joplin to Arkansas. -Supported growth in patient visits by 19.3% YoY resulting in 11.5 million dollar contribution. Achieved 7.1M CM-PYTD-Achieved 8.29% net positive core nursing workforce growth with a 4.2 million dollar reduction YoY in contingent labor spend-Improved emergency room operations with 1,000 more patients served per month by improving arrival to provider times by over 90min, 20% improvement in patient LOS, and reduction of LBTC from 25% to 4%.-Improved patient LOS with 16% reduction in excess days YoY through improved care team and post acute collaboration.
