Joined the HR department to process and manage their annual salary review & bonus awards which was regarded as smoother than usual with minimal issues. I was also required to generate the month end reports, gather the data required their Article 55 & Gender pay gap reporting and perform data cleansing on a number of systems. Using my Excel skills, I created templates for a number of reporting requirements to improve efficiency and accuracy.
