Arranging refreshments, lunch & entertainment when required. Arranging transport & accommodation when required.• Helping with any Client queries whilst CSm's are out of office.• Chase and forward required Management Information/ data reports to Clients on a regular basis.• Setting up Purchase Orders/ keeping a record of all expenditure for our Finance department/ to be charged back to Client.• Checking all expenses for the CSM's & SDM's for items not organized via myself.• Keeping a record of daily movements/ meetings/ attendees for the CSM's & Objectives & out comes for the SDM's.• Updating HRMS with hours worked, absences and holidays taken each week for my teams and the PA’s teams.• Approve all Holidays on HRMS for all teams, once confirmation is obtained from Departmental managers.• Keep a record of holiday allocation for each CSM/ SDM, any holidays taken /requested.• To keep a record of Parking pass allocation/ parking requirements on site on a day by day basis for a team of 23, updating reception of any free spaces which can be re-allocated within the company.• Attend the Internal Communications meetings on behalf of the Client Services team. -
