The Legal Lab is part of the Serpentine’s R&D Platform and is led by Alana Kushnir (curator, art lawyer and founder of Guest Work Agency). Its purpose is to facilitate dialogue between industry leaders across law, art, technology and science; identify the legal issues affecting art and technology collaborations; discern related ethical and policy-based concerns; and develop accessible tools and resources to improve the legal aspects of collaborations between artists, technologists and scientists. The Advisory Board is composed of artists, technologists, innovators, lawyers acting on a pro bono basis to foster innovation.

- Leading Legal Affairs in Europe, Middle-East, Africa and India for the 28+ brands of the Estée Lauder Companies Europe: setting up and managing a team, member of the EMEA Leadership Team reporting to the President;- Overseeing the definition and implementation of the EMEA legal strategy across local markets and providing expertise on a wide range of matters including commercial contracts, licensing agreements, competition & distribution matters, M&A, joint ventures, litigation, compliance and criminal law.- Driving legal innovation: Legal Design applied to online privacy policy, contracts and processes, piloting several Legal Tech projects, redefinition of process and automation of online T&C's, Terms of use and privacy policy for 28+brands in 30 countries, implementation of e-signature.
