I created STHLM DANS festival with two colleagues in 2022. The festival has now celebrated several successful editions and I am in charge of the artistic curation of the festival, leading on strategy, overviewing partnership development and management, as well as overviewing production.STHLM DANS – is an international contemporary dance festival established in Stockholm and its region in 2022. Stockholm-based agency Nordberg Movement develops and disseminates choreographic work. Nordberg Movement strives to create sustainable conditions for independent choreographers and works with a portfolio of Scandinavian and international choreographers and companies. Based on their needs I offer targeted services and strategies including: curation and moderation, production and project management, application bid writing (inc. Creative Europe), communication strategies. Projects include:- Artistic Direction, concept and production of a short dance film 'Moving Giacometti' for the Swedish national television SVT in collaboration with Giacometti Fondation and Moderna Museet (released in November 2021)- Curation and production of a one-day conference 'Are You There?' in Oct 2021 dedicated to dance and its audiences for European Dancehouse Network (EU) in close collaboration with Sadlers Wells (UK) and The Place (UK)- Project coordination and Creative Europe funding application writing for Städtische Theater Chemnitz (Germany) and a consortium of European partners - Tour manager for the dance production 'Duende' by Linda Blomqvist for MDT (Sweden) in collaboration with Dansehallerne (DK) and Atalante (Göteborg, Sweden) in Sept and Oct 2021- Mentoring sessions for dance professionals as part of PARI (mentoring programme coordinated by On the Move on behalf of the French Institute and the French Ministry of Culture)- Project coordinator for Re-Think (see details below), a project initiated by Norrlandsoperan (Umeå, Sweden) and supported by the Swedish Institute

MDT co-produces and presents international and Sweden based dance artists and wishes to be a place for development, discourse and experimentation within dance and choreography.

Initiated by Norrlandsoperan with the support of the Swedish Institute, Re-Think is a platform inviting 10 Swedish and international dance artists to collectively envision future scenarios for sustainability, mobility and accessibility in dance and in the performing arts. Developed as a think-tank, the project has culminated with a festival held at Norrlandsoperan from the 3rd to the 5th of September and will evolve as a platform for exchange and resources.
