Managed the collection and disbursement of over $55 billion in dividends and interest on behalf of the firm’s clients and its proprietary accounts. Developed and implemented a major re-engineering effort that automated processing, collection and reconciliation. Over a two year period, a process was established which reduced average receive balances over 30 days from $80 million to $400,000.
