This includes assuring that adjusters are properly equipped with workinglaptops when traveling for business as well as on call assistance to trouble shoot systems functions in house and outin the field.Responsible for creating excel spread sheets for claim adjusters to help manage claims by extracting data andanalyzing it.

Responsible for the origination and processing of loan applications, credit analysis, submission of all requireddocumentation to underwriting, working directly with mortgage applicants, communication with title companies andhomeowner insurance agencies, ensuring clients qualify for the best program possible, scheduling of closings,staying abreast of trends in the mortgage industry, and completion of all other required documentation.

Responsible for certifying all pre-qualified mortgage documentation for completeness and accuracy, working directlywith mortgage applicants, quality compliance audits after closing, ensuring all other documentation is complete,administrative assistant to owner, billing and mailings, and front desk coverage.
