Technical lead for novel scientific programs in host therapeutics, telehealth technology, medical diagnostics, predictive analytics, wearables, decentralized clinical trials and other digital health technology development

Technical oversight for DTRA Chem-Bio Science and Technology Medical Diagnostics Division focusing on breakthrough initiatives in host-based biomarker, in vitro and wearable diagnostics development. Principal Advisor for the development of the Joint Science Technology Office OTA acquisition strategy and life science consortiums, which was created in just 6 months.

Provided technical, programmatic, and financial oversight in the development of radical and novel medical technologies for DARPA. Program and project areas included: acceleration of novel pharmaceutical manufacturing, development of an in vitro human immune system/organ on a chip, production of novel biosensors, prediction of disease evolution, construction of a soft exoskeleton, and development of biorobotics.
