Injected clarity, creating clear guidance for staff following review of sector guidelines, comparative sector gap analysis and consultation and negotiation with academic and professional services staff at all levels.• Developed options to support decision making and implemented efficiency and effectiveness recommendations for the senior governing body to its governance framework, procedures and processes. • Advanced institution towards its strategic objectives for digitalisation by adopting use of digital papers across governance bodies.
