I've spearheaded a transformative overhaul of the court department in collaboration with the Clerk of Court. Through my collaborative leadership, we established specialized departments led by deputy clerks, implemented comprehensive training programs, streamlined processes, and improved communication between the court and the police department. As a result, we've achieved remarkable outcomes: a more efficient and organized court system, a highly competent and motivated workforce, heightened productivity, and enhanced interdepartmental relations. These strategic reforms have enabled us to set new records in case disposal, substantially boost revenue, and elevate office morale. I oversaw more than 100 emergency calls daily, coordinating responses from law enforcement, fire, and ambulance services to assist callers. Additionally, I provided crucial life-saving medical guidance to callers in need.I was an active member of the Emergency Medical Dispatch (EMD) Review Committee, contributing to the development and refinement of departmental protocols for ongoing enhancement. Furthermore, I fulfilled the role of a dedicated training officer, creating instructional materials to support new team members during their onboarding process.

Managed a team of 20 employees to ensure the restaurant achieved its sales targets. Responsibilities included training staff on job duties and company goals, scheduling to meet labor budget, overseeing inventory management and orders to align with budget, and resolving conflicts among customers and employees.
