As the Founder & Executive Director of Groundwork DFW, I lead a team of passionate and dedicated professionals who use data and technology to create positive social and environmental impact in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. With over 10 years of experience in public education, politics, and nonprofit management, I have a strong track record of developing and executing innovative and effective strategies to engage and empower diverse and underserved communities.My mission is to leverage data and geospatial analysis to identify and address the needs and challenges of the communities we serve, and to communicate our findings and solutions through compelling and interactive data visualizations. I also partner with various stakeholders, including local governments, schools, businesses, and media, to advocate for policies and initiatives that support our vision of a more equitable and sustainable region.
