Hi there! My name is Marie Tina, but I am known by my community as Tina Marie. I am a multidisciplinary creative, with roots in Cameroon and Madagascar. I am a Canadian living in Switzerland, with a background in landscape architecture and housing development. I am the founder of "Planting Solidarity - Placemaking Collective”. Planting Solidarity is an international collective that promotes food & land solidarity through collective knowledge exchange, research, and the facilitation of events, workshops and city walks. The goal of our association is to support existing initiatives while using our privilege to hold space, support, and stand in solidarity with those working “behind the scenes” such as land defenders and caretakers.I am interested all things to do with healing, sounds, and landscapes; as a result, I consider myself a “shapeshifter” and a wearer of many hats. When I am not researching ideas for the association, or plotting on my next event--I am working as the Marketing Associate for Ted X Zurich, or DJing as a resident at Kasheme.
