I am an expert on volunteer management and I help organisations reach their full potential in their work engaging volunteers. From my experience of working in the voluntary field for more than 20 years, I believe that engaging volunteers requires professionalism and a strategic approach. From working directly with volunteers and as a consultant to various organisations I understand the opportunities and challenges in working with volunteers. I am passionate about communicating best practise and helping organisations explore the great potential of working strategically when involving volunteers. I do this through one-on-one consulting, tailor-made courses and workshops, author of several books and as presenter and facilitator. My approach to working with organisations is always to understand the target audience that the organisation wants to address.
