I have been facilitating, coaching, and consulting independently since receiving both my M.A. in I.O. Psychology in 2009 and Co-Active Professional Coaching Certification in 2010. During that time I have also worked internally and as an independent contractor in a variety of roles for larger organizations.Over the course of my career, I have noticed over and over that the transition from individual contributor to people manager can be a difficult one, across industries and levels. I have focused my independent facilitation work to serve this population, helping managers develop and build upon strong managerial skills quickly, building their confidence and capability in their role. I believe that by supporting people managers with training and resources, organizations can increase employee engagement and productivity. Great managers reduce turnover as well, directly contributing to their bottom line.Throughout my time working with organizations, I have also continued to coach independent and corporate clients on a variety of personal and professional goals, such as managing stress, building personal resilience, becoming more engaged at work, making career changes, becoming more productive at work and at home, and developing exercise habits. Regardless of the topic of coaching, my system helps clients find the answers and motivation they need to make positive, sustainable progress in their lives.
